Section 1. Compensation revenue pupil units. Modifies the calculation of compensation revenue pupil units to partially offset declining compensatory revenue when the number of students who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch in the building is declining relative to the average of the current year and prior two years.
Effective date. Makes this section effective for revenue in fiscal year 2016 and later.
