|
Section 1 subjects motor carrier fuel tax licenses to the $10 deputy registrar filing fee for all vehicle transactions except vehicle registration renewal. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
Section 2 subjects each of the following to the $10 deputy registrar fee: (1) conditional registration; and (2) subsequent clearing of the conditional aspect of the registration, when initiated by a licensed motor vehicle dealer.
