Section 1 [E-Health Advisory Committee] extends the sunset date for the E-Health Advisory Committee from 2015 to 2021. 

Section 2 [Council Administration] extends the sunset date for the Trauma Advisory Council from 2015 to 2025.

Section 3 [Composition of Task Force] eliminates a sunset date for the Maternal and Child Health Advisory Task Force.

 Section 4 [Stillbirth Review] encourages the Maternal and Child Health Advisory Task Force to conduct a review of data collection on stillbirths, prenatal protocols, available support, and other information related to stillbirths.
