Section 1 prohibits a motor carrier from operating in intrastate commerce while a motor carrier out-of-service order issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is in effect.
Section 2 prohibits a motor carrier from operating in interstate commerce while a motor carrier out-of-service order issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is in effect.
