Section 1. General education revenue [for a charter school]. Modifies the calculation of general education revenue for a charter school to include small schools revenue.
Section 2. Small schools revenue. Provides that the Crosswinds Integration Magnet School or a charter school generates small schools revenue if the school has fewer than 200 adjusted pupil units in the current year.
Section 3. General education funding [for Crosswinds School]. Modifies the calculation of general education revenue for the Crosswinds school to include small schools revenue.
