|
Section 1 directs the Commissioner of Transportation, by January 1, 2016, in collaboration with city and county engineers to establish and adopt new design standards to apply consistently to similar roads on all road systems. The commissioner must report the new standards to the transportation committees by January 15, 2016. The act is effective the day following final enactment.
