|
Section 1 allows the city of St. Paul to adopt an ordinance restricting or prohibiting use of engine compression brakes on Interstate Highway 94 between Johnson Parkway and Trunk Highway 52. The Commissioner of Transportation will erect the signs, and the city of St. Paul will pay signage costs.
The act is effective the day after final enactment.
