|
Section 1 (256J.35) modifies the Minnesota Family Investment Plan assistance payment, by increasing the MFIP grant by $100 per month.
Section 2 is an appropriation from the TANF fund to the Commissioner of Human Services for the increase in the MFIP grant under section 1.
