|
Section 1 [Prohibitions] prohibits the lottery director from selling lottery tickets at gas pumps or automated teller machines, and prohibits the sale of instant-win lottery tickets, unless the tickets are part of a joint lottery or they are part of a game that relies on a drawing to determine a winner.
Section 2 [State Lottery; Self-Service Device and Online Sales] suspends contracts related to the prohibited sales.
The bill is effective 130 days after enactment.
