|
Section 1 [Disposal of Property and Expiration of Board of Governors] permits trustees to remove a trustee by majority vote, with the consent of the Commissioner of Veterans Affairs. The trustees hold in an irrevocable trust the proceeds realized from the disposal of the property and assets of Big Island Veterans Camp.
Section 2 [Repealer] repeals statutes that provided for creation and duties of a Board of Governors of Big Island Veterans Camp.
