|
Section 1 directs the Commissioner of Transportation to construct a noise barrier on the west side of marked Trunk Highway 100 in Edina, to be completed by September 30, 2015. An unspecified amount of money is appropriated to the commissioner from the trunk highway fund for this purpose. The bill has an immediate effective date.
