Section 1. Reauthorization of existing four-day school week plans. Directs the commissioner to reauthorize a four-day school week plan until the end of the 2019-2020 school year if the district employed a four-day school week plan during the 2013-2014 school year.

Directs the commissioner to make a report to the Legislature no later than January 1, 2019, detailing any statistically significant differences in student achievement and/or growth between the group of districts using a four-day week and the group using a five-day week.
