|
This bill removes the sunset on the sales tax exemption for admission to games, events, and activities sponsored by the Minnesota State High School League, thus making the exemption permanent. The exemption was enacted in 2006 and set to sunset as of June 30, 2011. In 2011, the sunset was extended through June 30, 2015. Effective the day following final enactment.
