       This bill requires the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) to perform a study of aircraft noise levels.  The study must take place over two weeks in the summer or fall of 2014 and monitor noise levels in three specified geographic areas.  Placement of noise monitors is to be determined by cities in the study areas in consultation with MAC.

The MAC must report the results of the study to the Legislature and to affected cities by December 1, 2014.
