Section 1 [Lawful Gambling Fraud] makes it a crime to knowingly tamper with or attempt to alter any component or device used in the conduct of play of electronic pull-tabs or electronic linked bingo that are used for charitable gaming under the control of the Gambling Control Board.  Makes it a crime to have unauthorized possession of an electronic pull-tab device, an electronic linked bingo device, or other component used in the conduct of electronic pull-tabs or electronic linked bingo that are used for charitable gaming under the control of the Gambling Control Board.  These crimes are punishable as follows: (1) as a misdemeanor if the dollar amount involved is $500 or less; (2) as a gross misdemeanor if the dollar amount involved is more than $500 but not more than $2500; and (3) as a felony if the dollar amount involved is more than $2,500.
