SF 2099 requires that all political contributions and independent expenditures that are made with funds from revenues of a corporation be made with funds that have been reported as income on individual income tax returns.  This section applies to contributions and independent expenditures in all state and local races.

Section 1 makes this requirement in the campaign finance chapter of law and section makes the same requirement in the fair campaign practices chapter of law.
