|
SF 2189 specifies that the requirements in section 149A.50 (license requirements that a funeral establishment must meet in order to operate, such as requiring the establishment to have a preparation and embalming room) only applies to establishments where human remains are present for the purpose of preparation and embalming, private viewings, visitations, services, and holding the remains awaiting final disposition.
