S.F. No. 1923 provides that the ten largest school districts and school districts located wholly or partly within a city of the first class may follow current law and dissolve election districts as part of a consolidation or cooperation and combination plan.  The ten largest districts are determined after each decennial census based on the adjusted average daily membership.  All other districts may dissolve election districts by adopting a proposal and submitting the proposal to voters.  This act is effective the day following final enactment.
