SF 1665 modifies the scope of practice for chiropractors.

Section 1 (148.01, subd. 1) modifies the definition of chiropractic.  Adds definitions for chiropractic services; abnormal articulation; diagnosis; diagnostic services; therapeutic services; and acupuncture.

Section 2 (148.01, subd. 2) specifies that the practice of chiropractic does not include the practice of physical therapy.

Section 3 (148.01, subd. 4) defines the practice of chiropractic.

Section 4 (148.105, subd. 1) makes a minor change to refer to any person registered or licensed by the Commissioner of Health under section 214.13.

Section 5 repeals section 148.01, subd. 3, and several rules.
