Senate File No. 1338 prohibits the Commissioners of Human Services and Housing Finance Agency from counting conditional cash transfers provided under the family independence demonstration as income for purposes of the public programs listed in the bill. The family independence demonstration is a demonstration project that is sponsored and will be implemented by the Citizens League. The language is time limited, and expires three years after the family independence demonstration begins.
