Section 1 (S.F. 467, Eaton) allows a city with a municipal liquor store to issue a brewer taproom license.
Section 2 (S.F. 624, Ingebrigtsen) allows a microdistillery to provide limited samples of distilled spirits manufactured on its premises.
Sections 3 to 5 (S.F. 860, Pappas) allow a brewer producing less than 20,000 barrels a year to make off-sales in growlers. Currently, a brewer has to produce under 3,500 barrels to do this. Also reduces the brewer self-distribution limit from 25,000 to 20,000 barrels.
Section 6 (S.F. 219, Dahle) authorizes the commissioner to issue a malt liquor educator license.
Section 7 (S.F. 220, Dahle) expands current law relating to wine tastings for nonprofit organizations to include malt liquor.
Section 8 (S.F. 958, Reinert) updates a license for the Twin Cities Marathon.
Section 9 (S.F. 358, Rosen) extends a sunset date related to a city of Winnebago beer festival.
Section 10 (S.F. 823, Pappas) authorizes St. Paul to issue an on-sale license to the Lowertown Regional Ballpark.
Section 11 (S.F. 1094, Dibble) clarifies the law relating to a sake brewpub.
Section 12 (S.F. 114, Pratt) authorizes Shakopee to issue an on-sale license to Valley Fair.
