S.F. 637 extends the authorization for the city of St Paul’s capital improvement bonding authority program from 2013 to 2024. The maximum principal amount of bonds that the city may issue each year is not increased and will remain at $20,000,000.
Effective the day after compliance by the governing body of the city of St. Paul with approval and filing requirements.
