Section 1 (256B.0943, subd. 7) inserts a cross-reference to the new subdivision established in section 2.

Section 2 (256B.0943, subd. 8a) requires the Commissioner of Human Services, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, to develop a certificate program for level II mental health behavioral aids.
