Section 1 (S.F. 2198, Howe) allows a farm winery to purchase and use bulk wine in an amount up to 10% of annual production.

Section 2 (S.F. 2199, Howe) allows off-sales of wine by the bottle at a wine festival.

Section 3 (S.F. 2337, Hall) authorizes a wine educator on-sale license under specified circumstances.

Section 4 (S.F. 313, Latz) allows an exclusive liquor store to sell clothing marked with the name or logo of the liquor store.

Section 5 (S.F. 2410, Latz) allows exclusive liquor stores to conduct classes for a fee and allow tastings at the classes.

Section 6 (S.F. 2374, Rosen) gives a small out-of-state brewer exemption from state licensing and other requirements for a one day beer festival in Winnebago.

Section 7 (S.F. 1784, Langseth) allows Moorhead to issue an on-sale license to the Bluestem Center for the Arts.

Section 8 (S.F. 2408, Higgins) allows Minneapolis to extend liquor licensing to a liquor store damaged by a 2011 tornado and now operating in a temporary structure.

Section 9 is a revisor instruction related to Section 2 of this bill.
