This bill authorizes the St. Cloud Economic Development Authority to spend the balance of the increments from TIF District No. 2 within the Central Area Urban Renewal Project area of St. Cloud. Eligible expenditures include public infrastructure improvements. Any increment remaining must be spent by December 31, 2015, or distributed as excess increment.
This bill is effective the day following final enactment, upon approval by St. Cloud’s governing body and compliance with statutory filing requirements.
