Section 1 limits medical expense benefits under no fault for treatment of a soft tissue injury to the treatment standards and fee schedules provided for workers' compensation, other than treatment provided by a physician or a small hospital.
Section 2 increases the maximum benefit for disability and income loss from $250 to $500 a week.
Section 3 increases the maximum benefit for funeral expenses from $2,000 to $5,000.
