Section 1. Small schools revenue.  Modifies the small schools revenue to be the product of the formulation allowance, instead of $544; the greater of 750 or the district adjusted pupil units for that year; and the greater of zero or the ratio of (i) 1,500, instead of 960, less the greater of 750 or the district’s adjusted pupil units for that year, to (ii) 1,500, instead of 960.

Effective Date. Makes the section effective for revenue in fiscal year 2020 and later.
