S.F. 77 exempts from the licensure requirement under chapter 157 (food and beverage establishments) a food stand if the stand is operated by a person who is under the age of 14; located on private property with the property owner’s permission; has gross receipts or contributions of $1000 or less; and a sign is posted at the site that state that the products sold at the stand are not subject to state inspection or regulation is the stand offers for sale potentially hazardous food.
