1.3 "Sec. 26. Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 256B.763, subdivision 2, is
1.4amended to read:
1.5 Subd. 2.
Phaseout. The critical access mental health rate add-on under this section must
1.6be reduced according to the following schedule:
1.7(1) effective for services provided on or after January 1,
2025 2026, the rate add-on is
1.8reduced to 11.85 percent;
1.9(2) effective for services provided on or after January 1,
2026 2027, the rate add-on is
1.10reduced to 5.92 percent; and
1.11(3) effective for services provided on or after January 1,
2027 2028, the rate add-on is
1.12zero percent."
1.13Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.14Amend the title accordingly
