No open season. There shall be no open season for wolves
until after the wolf
1.5is delisted under the federal Endangered Species Act of 1973. After that time, the
1.6commissioner may prescribe open seasons and restrictions for taking wolves but must
1.7provide opportunity for public comment."
1.8Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.9Amend the title accordingly
