1.2Page 24, after line 33, insert:

1.3    "Sec. 3. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 97A.056, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.4to read:
1.5    Subd. 25. Prohibition on appropriation to burglars. A person who has been convicted
1.6of felony burglary in the first degree under section 609.582 is ineligible to receive an
1.7appropriation from the outdoor heritage fund."
1.8Page 32, after line 26, insert:

1.9    "Sec. 9. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 114D.50, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.10to read:
1.11    Subd. 8. Prohibition on appropriation to burglars. A person who has been convicted
1.12of felony burglary in the first degree under section 609.582 is ineligible to receive an
1.13appropriation from the clean water fund."
1.14Page 32, after line 28, insert:

1.15    "Sec. 5. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 85.53, is amended by adding a subdivision to
1.16read:
1.17    Subd. 8. Prohibition on appropriation to burglars. A person who has been convicted
1.18of felony burglary in the first degree under section 609.582 is ineligible to receive an
1.19appropriation from the parks and trails fund."

1.21    "Sec. 3. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 129D.17, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.22to read:
1.23    Subd. 7. Prohibition on appropriation to burglars. A person who has been convicted
1.24of felony burglary in the first degree under section 609.582 is ineligible to receive an
1.25appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund."
