1.2Page 24, after line 33, insert:

1.3    "Sec. 3. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 97A.056, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.4to read:
1.5    Subd. 25. Prohibition on appropriation to unlawfully present persons. A person
1.6present in the United States without legal authorization is ineligible to receive an
1.7appropriation from the outdoor heritage fund."
1.8Page 32, after line 26, insert:

1.9    "Sec. 9. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 114D.50, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.10to read:
1.11    Subd. 8. Prohibition on appropriation to unlawfully present persons. A person
1.12present in the United States without legal authorization is ineligible to receive an
1.13appropriation from the clean water fund."
1.14Page 32, after line 29, insert:

1.15    "Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 85.53, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.16to read:
1.17    Subd. 8. Prohibition on appropriation to unlawfully present persons. A person
