1.3 "Sec. 3. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 97A.056, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.4to read:
1.5 Subd. 25. Local government approval required. In making recommendations to the
1.6legislature under subdivision 3, the council must not include a recommendation to
appropriate
1.7money to a project unless the governing body of one or more local governments that
have
1.8jurisdiction over the area where the project will be undertaken have adopted a resolution
in
1.9support of the project."
