1.3 "Sec. 4. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 129D.17, is amended by adding a subdivision
1.4to read:
1.5 Subd. 8. Prohibited activities. Funding from the arts and cultural heritage fund must
1.6not be used for projects that denigrate the United States military."
