1.7(b) A school-sponsored interscholastic, intramural, or club athletic team must be
expressly
1.8designated as one of the following categories of teams based on the biological sex
of team
1.9members at birth:
1.10(1) males;
1.11(2) females; or
1.12(3) coeducational.
1.13(c) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the membership of athletic teams or sports
1.14designated for females must only be open to participants who were biological females
at
1.15birth.
1.16EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
