1.6charging an uninsured patient or patient covered by a high deductible health plan,
as defined
1.7in section 62Q.01, an amount for a prescription drug that exceeds the 340B covered
entity's
1.8acquisition cost for the prescription drug under the 340B program, as defined in section
1.962J.461."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
