1.4The commissioner of management and budget must report the number of posted executive
1.5branch job openings that have gone unfilled for at least six months. The commissioner's
1.6report must identify such openings by agency and job title, and identify which specific
job
1.7titles or classes take longest to fill on average and those that experience the most
turnover.
1.8No later than February 1, 2026, August 1, 2026, and February 1, 2027, the commissioner
1.9must submit this report to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative
1.10committees with jurisdiction over state government finance and policy."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
