ROCHESTER COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE; CITY OF
1.5ROCHESTER LEASE AGREEMENT.
1.6(a) The Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities may enter
1.7into a lease agreement with the city of Rochester, not to exceed 50 years, for the
lease of
1.8land on the Rochester Community and Technical College for the construction of a sports
1.9facility.
1.10(b) Siting and design of the facility must be consistent with the college's master
plan
1.11and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' building standards. Rochester Community
1.12and Technical College may negotiate for use of the facility for partial benefit of
student and
1.13nonstudent purposes."
1.14Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
