1.4Page 24, after line 25, insert:
1.5 "Sec. 10. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 97A.105, subdivision 8, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 8.
Penalty. A licensee that does not comply with a provision of this section subjects
1.7all wild animals on the game or fur farm to confiscation.
Additionally, a person who
1.8transports a live beaver in violation of subdivision 7 is subject to a fine of $500
and must
1.9pay for any damages caused as a result of the unlawful transportation."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
1.12The motion prevailed. #did not prevail. So the amendment was #not adopted.
