1.5 "Sec. 12.
[103E.026] UNPRODUCTIVE CONSERVATION LANDS ARE NOT
1.6BENEFITED BY DRAINAGE PROJECTS OR REPAIRS.
1.7Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, any determination of
1.8benefits under this chapter, whether for a drainage project or for repairing a drainage
system,
1.9must not include a determination that property is benefited if the property is subject
to a
1.10conservation easement."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
