[169.0401] TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANIES; LOCAL
1.6REGULATION PROHIBITED.
1.7A local road authority or political subdivision of the state may not adopt or enforce
an
1.8ordinance or other local law or rule regulating transportation network companies as
defined
1.9under section 169.58, subdivision 5, paragraph (a).
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective retroactive to March 6, 2024."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
