1.9(1) the anticipated Southwest light rail project completion date is delayed by six
months
1.10or more beyond the estimated completion date determined as of the effective date of
this
1.11section;
1.12(2) the anticipated Southwest light rail project completion date is delayed by six
months
1.13or more beyond the most recent estimated completion date;
1.14(3) the total Southwest light rail project cost is anticipated to increase by five
percent
1.15or more above the project cost estimate determined as of the effective date of this
section;
1.16or
1.17(4) the total Southwest light rail project cost is anticipated to increase by five
percent
1.18or more above the most recent cost estimate."
