(d) By January 15 each year, the commissioner must report to the chairs and ranking
1.6minority members of the legislative committees with jurisdiction over agriculture
regarding:
1.7(1) the amount awarded to each grantee;
1.8(2) the amount of each grant award that has been disbursed to each grantee;
1.9(3) a description of the purposes for which the grantee was issued a grant;
1.10(4) an analysis of the grant recipients' success in meeting the purpose of the grant
and
1.11any goals or measurable outcomes specified in the grant agreement;
1.12(5) information about the amount and type of food distributed by the grantee; and
1.13(6) the amount of the grant used by each grantee for administrative costs.
1.14As a condition of receiving a grant, a grantee must agree to provide the commissioner
any
1.15information necessary to complete the report required by this paragraph."
