1.16 Subd. 6a. Restitution. When the court imposes a criminal penalty pursuant to subdivision
1.176, and orders the offender to pay restitution to any identifiable victim, the amount
of the
1.18out-of-pocket losses considered by the court must include the costs and expenses of
replacing
1.19a catalytic converter and may include any other restitution costs allowed under section
1.20611A.04.
1.21EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective August 1, 2023, and applies to crimes
