1.5percent of its gross revenues.
1.6(b) A health care provider who is prohibited, for any reason, from providing health
care
1.7services to all enrollees under the medical assistance or MinnesotaCare programs is
exempt
1.8from this subdivision."
1.9Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.10Amend the title accordingly
