Senator John Jasinski called the meeting to order at 10:35 AM. A quorum was present.

Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 2809, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2997: Senator Jasinski: Slow-moving vehicles driving in left lane penalty imposition.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2997, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3250: Senator Jasinski: Motor vehicle titling and registration provisions modifications.
