S.F. No. 2135: A bill for an act relating to legislative enactments; correcting miscellaneous oversights, inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and technical errors; amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 169.865, subdivision 1.

Senator Hann introduced--
S.F. No. 2136: A bill for an act relating to insurance; regulating the state employee group insurance plan; establishing the plan as a high deductible health plan; requiring health savings accounts to be offered to enrollees; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 43A.

Senators Vickerman and Frederickson introduced--
S.F. No. 2137: A bill for an act relating to capital improvements; appropriating money for flood hazard mitigation in Area II of the Minnesota River Basin; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
