| The Senate Republicans recently announced a plan to solve the projected $160 million dollar budget deficit and fund $41 million dollars in new initiatives. The bulk of the revenue, $100 million dollars, would be derived from state franchised slot machines at Canterbury Park. The plan is before the committee. (Coverage begins at 00:00:00).
