| Senate and House Democrats announce legislation to crack down on the manufacturing of methamphetamines. Sen. Satveer Chaudray and Rep. John Lesch are the authors of the legislation which they are calling the Child Endangerment Bill. The bill would make it a felony to manufacture the drug where children are present, allows restitution for clean-up costs and provides public education on the dangers. The bill passed the Senate last session. |
