| The Senate met and discussed a motion to pull SF87 from the Crime Prevention Committee and bring it directly to the floor. SF 87 is a bill that would require visa expiration dates be put on state id's and driver's licenses of foreign visitors. Sen. Dave Kleis, the author of the bill, made the motion because of a proposed change to the Senate rules which would make it more difficult to pull bills from committees. The Senate will reconvene on Thursday, February 27th at 9:00 a.m. |
